Facilitating Factors and Barriers to Coping with Body Image Altered in Women with Breast Cancer

Background: Coping with body image alteration is one of the most challenging breast cancer treatments. Identifying facilitators and barriers essential for integrative care planning to improve coping in women cancer. Objectives: This study aimed explore facilitating factors altered Methods: was done a qualitative approach from March 2016 October 2017. Participants (36 cancer) were selected using purposeful sampling maximum variation healthcare centers Alborz province, Iran. The data collection method semi-structured interview analyzed by conventional content-analysis defined Graneheim Lundman. Results: current found that "supportive resources" extracted four subcategories "receive/understand spouse support," "perceived support family," "support peers real life or online" non-governmental organizations. "The "unsympathetic interactions" "failure health system provide services." Conclusions: According findings present study, supportive guidelines context-based integrated are needed remove barriers, which allow people cope better altered.
